We want you to love your new Superga sneakers, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear shows no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the sneakers in their original Superga box, pack them into a sturdy shipping carton, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
